Help The Cheerleader Commissions, Round 2!

Is this artwork done traditionally or do you do part of it on the computer? Can you describe how you make it?

I sketch each bust in blue pencil, then ink them with Pitt artist pens, and finally color them with markers (I use two brands--copic and chartpak).
